Dear NWCS Families,

Don’t forget to buy your tickets for the Chinese New Year raffle! A big thank you to all the families and teachers that have already bought some!

Just a reminder that we have some terrific prizes — many of them donated by generous NWCS families and friends — including:

• Two round-trip tickets on JetBlue (For travel starting June 2021 and valid for 1 year. Hopefully COVID will be less of an issue by then and we can all fly again!)

Here are the details:

WHEN:

Drawing will take place on Saturday, January 9 during a special Chinese New Year’s Zoom call (details to come). You do not need to attend the call in order to win. Prizes will be delivered or mailed.

TICKET PRICES: 

$5 for 1 ticket, $10 for 3 tickets, $20 for 10 tickets and $40 for 25 tickets (the best deal!).

HOW TO BUY: 

1) Via PayPal/Credit Card — Visit the school’s website and look on the right-hand side for the RAFFLE TICKETS!!! section.

2) Via check – Make checks out to “Northern Westchester Chinese School”, and mail them to me, Carolyn Koo, at <please email for mailing address>. Please also email me at tingting98 at gmail.com with a heads up regarding your purchase so that I know to expect your check.

Once tickets are purchased, I will follow up via email with your ticket numbers for reference. You will not get physical tickets this year — just the numbers.

A reminder that the students who did their summer homework will automatically get 10 tickets. Their numbers will be emailed before the drawing.
